Less clicks, but at least you don’t piss off your visitors with accidental clicks

That is true francesc, if you have a good content, still visitors can come to your site. adsense is just a flavor to your content

I’d love to see how much this curtails accidental clicks. Maybe Google will publish some stats on this exercise (although highly doubtful).

That’s a smart plan by Google to cut on the payouts. On second though it would also mean that the clicks are more intentional and would actually serve the purpose of advertisers.

i really agree with the move. and it is not bad news for publisher. have you come across with publisher being banned by google. what is their reaction to the ban? do they care or not their account being banned.? do you think google has time to answer millions of email just to answer to question by user. is that how biz should be? just take look at blog. do you think blogger feel good about their blog being spam or something that would only waste their time? are they having problem checking the comments before approve their readers comment or are they enjoying their time doing that? google are just like us. they don’t want us to get ban for something that we have no control over. i hope most publisher would not love earning something from unintentional click. if we are not feeling bad about it then we would not feeling bad doing a lot of other things too.
