I don’t know if this is true or not but seems to be a movement that will do the advertising industry into a leap using google adsense. Saw this post on webmasterworld in this thread http://www.webmasterworld.com/google_adsense/3342640.htm, discussion is still going on and made interesting points.

What is the issue by the way? Google is cracking down into adsense publishers trying to make money using their site with adsense ads displayed and using Adwords to drive traffic into it. Meaning adsense arbitrage is the way, where you set up an adsense displaying site, then driving traffic to it using google adwords, that in sense if the adsense ads displayed in your site is clicked and worth $0.10 and you pay a traffic or ad from  google adwords for $0.01, then that means you already got a $0.09 in profit. Easy mathematics but great income.

I think this moved by google (if this is true) is good and favorable both on advertiser and publishers. There are many sites created only for adsense, with no content yet receiving lots of visitors and earning much in the program. This will also mean a potential increase in earning on real webmasters who have a content that is worth to read than to those who capitalizing the weakness of the system.

Let us watch closely how this will go through.
