I was caught sleeping by the plug-in installed on my blog called the Global Translator wordpress plug-in that is located here. That is whenever visitors comes to my blog and check the flags corresponding to their language they will get an error 403 response from google translation. Checking in the plug-in gets me to an upgrade to work for babel translation. Thus shifting again from google translation to babelfish translation service.

Now since the upgrade, it is now working again, also have some points to the check on this wordpress plug-in. Version 0.6.2 still showing 0.6.1 on the options (minor). Second is when I have a different folder in my host not associated to the blog, it is also being converted to the language of choice but breaking in the design of the folder or some error that some char set at not supported.
