Google, yahoo and msn unites to have a common sitemap protocol on its search engine. Webmasters can tell the search engine what exactly their content was and not on a bot base algorithm.

As of now, webmasters has the ability to submit their sitemap via an xml format using their google sitemap tool by just logging in on their google account. Yahoo made it possible by submitting your site or your site feed via site explorer. MSN is now its alpha test on implementing this protocol.
