There are already many debates about paid links, on this and that issues. Putting in no-follow, javascript enclosure and other methods for your site to be out of this google move on paid links. I was browsing one forum and found this google adwords advertisement.
So why are they allowing this kind of advertisement? Irony isn’t it? Buy PR6 link? Maybe based on google paid links stand, this should say, “Buy PR6 no-follow link”. Your choice!
Update: By the way the ads was taken from one of my favorite directory site and forum Info Vilesilencer. Thanks Dan for the comment

Was that from the IVS forum? Looks like the colours. I see those ads all the time. In fact I see more spammy ads like that on Google than any other type of ad.
The answer to your question is simple. Google is a hypocrite. They will happily take money from whoever gives it to them. Spammers, MFA’s, Viagra, Cialis, and Adult sites. BUT if you do the same then you are evil and need to be punished!
Take a look at Text Link Ads. They have been penalised and no longer rank for their name, but they are sitting in the sponsored spot in Google, above all the organic listings for their name. Isn’t that situation absurd? Google has penalised them with one hand, and rewarded them with the other.
It’s a situation that is called blackmail. If you do not pay us $x then you will feel our wrath

Thanks for visiting my blog Dan, yes indeed it is, they are trying to monopolize the advertising industry. If those links they are advertising via adwords and the site listed do no-follow or enclose in js code, then that is acceptable was it?
