You know it? The answer is Yedda. AOL just acquired Yedda - an Israel based Question and Answer service company where people or users can ask and answer question. It is similar in nature on Yahoo answers and other QA sites.
Does AOL really need their service? Will it be the answer to AOL’s internet visibility and ranging competition in the industry?
The news is in, and it’s pretty exciting: Yedda is now a part of AOL. We are happy to announce that we have merged with the world’s leading internet company that is already serving over 114 million users world-wide.We wouldn’t have made it without you. Yedda is all about the people that use it to connect and share knowledge. Your contribution is what made Yedda grow and flourish. Our new relationship with AOL will further accelerate this growth, so there will be more people asking questions and answering them.
If AOL will enhance the services being offered on their sites then this will be a good addition merging and hopefully just integrating it into the their site.
