On the recent post by MattCutts here http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/how-to-report-paid-links/ where how google stands for link buying for page rank boost is somehow shocked some webmasters engaged in link buying and selling.
There are already lots of comments and reactions on this implementation. What happen next if someone report your site selling links or someone have bought a link? On the side where another way of monetizing your sites is to sell links on your site, but also stated on the post by Matt at the top link, it is okay as long as it for traffic. But how will they will determine if it is for traffic purposes only? With no follow tag or javascript tag? It is one way but sharing the page rank of your site pages to others and the higher page rank is one factor in making the link selling in your site expensive.
On personal view, these may be good for quality search results but still webmasters will not make this stop, this is life now, making some revenue to the site I owned not just on some ads by the third party sharing commissions on the ads I placed on my site. Another point brought was to just buy on my competitor a link and then report the site selling link? Can you explain this scenario google?
Hope google will not create this things as getting out of their index when someone buys link from other site.
